Right click on the blue link and then select Save Link As / Target As ... (IE).

Once saved Run the file (double click on it and confirm Run)

When opened, specify Login Name* and press OK !

Watch the status bar and confirm with the technician when status says
* Login Name = Company & Branch or Your Name.
Please specify properly who you are up to 10 characters. Please let us know what login name have you typed.
